This is me
I am a gender, health, and VAW prevention consultant, who has worked around the world designing and implementing programming to promote gender equality, supporting programs to integrate gender, fundraising for gender programs, training program implementers, designing evaluations, and building capacities to implement gender and rights-based programming especially within health programming.
This work has included a focus on engaging men and boys, preventing and responding to violence against women, addressing inequitable relationship behaviors within couples, and addressing gender as a determinant to health and development.

Over the years, I have worked in Latin America and the Caribbean, Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia, always valuing the experiences and methods of local organizations and people from those countries. I believe in working with local partners to effectively define and adapt the best evidence-based methods and strategies. Gender as a field can be very complex and I embrace that complexity.
